The great news is: my PLs are off the charts low, comparatively to last year.
I have had a few veeeery bad episodes this year: one was about as bad as some of last year's worse days, and it was insanely scarier, because absolutely no physical activity lead to it. I woke up in excruciating pain. I really thought that I might be dying. I tried to seek medical care.. there was a medical van down the street, I stopped in... but they acted like it was no big deal. I thought about going to the ER... I didn't feel safe to get most ways... I ended up deciding to walk... a mile and a half.... and... by the time I made it there, I felt fine enough that checking into the ER felt stupid, so I just went on with my day, probably did about 3 miles walking... but it was a horrible day.
