In the evening, I went to the park. I often sit at the park, but I was reading that standing is good for circulation. I'm not great at standing, but I did for a while, not entirely uncommon.. just.. did such. Probably after 20-30 minutes? My right shoulder started hurting horribly. If that happens while I'm standing or walking, I just take a break and sit down.. so I did that, and it cleared up! Then I went home.
