Short walks!!

I have mentioned before about my arm pains while walking, it has been getting worse. Long walks... It was so painful, you don't want to know, it was horrid. But, I have energy that not only wants to be used, it feels best to use it. So I tried an experiment and went for a short walk, and had mostly no problems! So that has been nice.
