Live in the hospital

Get to the hospital, complain about not being free. Get out of the hospital, complain about not receiving medical care. They tell me they hospitalize me for mental reasons, but I have serious physical health problems.
I'm just a little tired. I walked about a mile and a half today, not too bad, might do more later.
Checked on some insurance info, and they say my insurance is in effect, so I think to try to contact some medical care provider. I'm a heart surgery recipient: it's like top of the line in need care, nothing can be done. The best I can do is offer to work with healthcare providers to try to find solutions to problems which I don't know will happen in my lifetime.
Is it even a good thing to forget that a heart surgery happened? I used to pretend that I didn't think about it, I did that for about 10-15 years, as long as the problems weren't too bad, I wouldn't mention it. There are no solutions here, being alive is miserable.
