Precarious

Feeling pretty great today. Been taking it easy for a minute. My exercise goals feel too ambitious, and it saddens me, because they also don't even feel high, oh well. The good news is, I am able to go for walks, and also enjoy them.

Technological devices still confuse me. I sit around, wondering what I'm supposed to do with them. Read an article, watch a show, play a game... isn't there supposed to be something more? oh WRITE an article, I like that one, but isn't there supposed to be something more? lol.

Today is going to be a great day for jazz music with mosquitos. Everyone needs a drink.

The truth is, I have no idea if exercise causes or helps anything. Every doctor I talk to, is encouraging of what I tell them about it. But I feel very weak in general. There are times where I can just wake up, and it can be a bad time from near the start of the day: no exercise needed for that to happen at all. When I don't feel well, I can go for walks, and actually feel better, and I think it's because of the walks. I am basically being my own physical therapist here, and it is kind of awesome not having limits placed on me, and just using common sense as best I can. The concept of limits: how terrifying. Then you get to the idea of "peak," and I have to wonder if I've already made it there, and it's all downhill from here now. I really actually don't think that's the case at all for me. But it is very difficult... sometimes I can do things that I don't think will cause any problems, and very quickly learn that I was incredibly wrong about that. Times can be very trying.
